Gender Equality & Diversity

Ensuring your company has a healthy and balanced mix of gender, ethnicities and varied background enables your company to make better strategic decisions and improve profitability and growth. In order to achieve this, a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees needs to be fostered within your business.

The STC has formed a Gender Equality and Diversity Committee to organise events which will highlight the issues and provide practical, valuable guidance to businesses in the cluster to achieve this.
