Author: MPA
Published On: 24 April 2024

Wednesday 1st May 2024 – 11:00 – 11:45 AM

The world of equity funding has been in turmoil in the last few years, with investors being more cautious and selective over where they deploy funds.  As a result, business owners need to be more prepared and go into the fundraising process with their eyes wide open.

Join our experts, who have managed hundreds of PE & VC deals collectively, to hear first-hand some of the biggest mistakes made in fundraising, and how to prepare for equity funding in 2024. The session will answer:

  • How much equity can you expect to give?
  • What ROI do investors expect?
  • What should I look for in an investor?
  • How long does it take to raise investment?
  • When should I start planning to raise investment?
  • What happens when it all goes wrong?

This will be a question-led session, so send us your questions ahead of the session (or ask them on the day) to make the most of this webinar.
