This webinar will be hosted by, STC member, Caroline Indge, Apprenticeships Account Manager at MK College. Caroline will highlight how your team could benefit from taking on an apprentice, what skills they might bring and how they can add real value to your business. You will hear valuable guidance on how to find the right apprentice for your business and, importantly, how to access the new government incentives that can support funding the role.

You will also hear advice on what is involved in managing an apprentice, along with understanding their training programme requirements and what support they need from you to develop in their role.

We are also pleased that Mary Fox from The Open University will join us to share the apprenticeships they can deliver to the cluster.

As an interesting case study, Peter Smallwood and Thomas Baker from Torque Motorsport will share why they chose the apprentice route, how they found recruitment process and how their business has benefitted from recruiting a software developer apprentice.

So if you are looking to push your business forward and need some extra help and enthusiasm in your team to make that happen, then join this webinar to consider whether an apprentice offers you the key to accelerating towards your goals.
