Neil Morgan is the Managing Director of Good Fabrications Ltd (GoodFabs), a leading supplier of exhaust systems for Formula 1 engine builders and race teams. With 30 employees, including experienced fabricators, heat-shielders, tube benders, and machinists, GoodFabs specialises in welding, bending, and forming thin-walled exotic metals like Inconel and titanium.

In addition to his role at GoodFabs, Neil is on the Advisory Board of The STC and serves as a non-executive director for two other high-tech companies in the area. Before working in motorsports, Neil was in the tech sector, starting his career at Reuters where he worked in North and South America. He later established, managed, and sold three companies in the digital content and advertising space. Neil is a keen Padel player and has represented GB at the seniors level.
