Claire Phillips has over 15 years’ experience in local government. She is currently Head of Strategy and Partnerships in Economic Growth and Regeneration at Buckinghamshire Council where she is working closely across place based services in the council to drive economic growth and promote the development of key sectors in the county. She is responsible for a range of programmes to deliver growth objectives.

Her background is in a range of strategic corporate roles in Oxfordshire prior to joining Buckinghamshire. Claire has significant experience working in partnership to deliver change with local, regional and national partners.
