ES Products & Design Ltd is in its 5th year of trading. The foundations of the business are embedded in a 30 + year career which initially embraced practical mechanic roles, developed into a spell at University, resulting in a Mechanical Engineering Degree, and is now consolidated as a mechanical design and engineering business.

We work within a range of engineering sectors, currently including food processing and packaging, medical, motor vehicle, motorsport and historic military and we welcome enquiries from other disciplines. We aim to deliver a complete solution, from initial enquiry to completed project, working closely with clients along the way, always listening to requirements and debating solutions. Our specialisms include reverse engineering, acting as a resource for sub-contract manufacturing, low or high volume, any process, and bespoke mechanical design.

We have invested in a range of technology to help deliver solutions to the requirements of our customers and to help the business to progressively evolve and grow; these include 3D Scanning (hand held, portable), CAD design and GD&T drafting using Siemens NX and SLA 3D Printing using a wide range of resins with greatly varying properties.
