You’re a long time dead – said a very good friend of mine recently.
They’re right of course. So, I started my 2024 by booking a two week “stroll” up to Mount Everest base camp!
With a we must practice what we preach hat on, I’ve just signed up for this life changing experience.
And the good news is that I have plenty of time to get planning many months of training and equipment purchasing!
I’ve never done anything like this before and it’s fair to say I’m a little apprehensive.
The excitement far outweighs any fears I have though, so I’m keen to get started on this epic adventure.
If anyone has done this challenge before, I would welcome any tips!
