Following the overwhelming success of our two previous National Manufacturing Days in 2022 and 2023, on Thursday 26th September 2024, Manufacturers throughout the UK will once again be opening their doors.

Every manufacturing company across the UK is invited to take part in this national day of celebration. The idea is simple – manufacturers just have to invite a section of the local community into their business. Showcasing first-hand the breadth of diverse and well-paid career opportunities on offer to either school, colleges, friends & family and local job seekers.

One hint from last year – firms should invite local schools and colleges as soon as possible so they can plan your visit into their activity schedules for the year, schools usually plan at least six months in advance. Here is a template letter to help you do this.
