I've seen too many founders and CEOs being run by their businesses. For whatever reason they just can't see the wood for the trees. As a Professional EOS Implementer I teach, facilitate and coach the EOS system not only embedding it but facilitating and encouraging the conversations that nobody wants to have and ensuring they are handled calmly, collaboratively and respectfully.
