Join the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) for a discussion on the challenges of the Transport Manager role from both a mental health and organisational needs perspective with a view to working out how to make the Transport Manager role sustainable for the long term.
Attendees will gain insights in how both Transport Managers and their organisations can work together to make the role more productive, attractive and sustainable.
We’ll be discussing a range of including the impact of legislation on Transport Managers, ongoing developmental needs, sustainability, support structures, state of mind and stress management
