John is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), having designed, set up and managed numerous high care logistics operations for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) clients such as Waitrose, Morrisons, Ocado and Brakes. This exposure has provided a wealth of experience in being agile, resilient, and finding the hidden value in organisations.

Recognising that the key to business performance is the capability of the teams within, John has utilised his 25 years’ experience to create a performance optimisation programme to deliver just that, as joint owner and Managing Director of Sara Penrose Ltd.
