Since starting an Engineering Apprenticeship at 16, David has always looked for innovative ways to solve problems for customers and colleagues, to make their lives easier. In 1990 he moved into the world of metrology and started to engage in the UK manufacturing sectors, capturing and solving their quality and manufacturing pain points. The principles he works by are even stronger now as we embrace the exciting digital, autonomous and automated world and collaborate, with speed, across many workflows from design and simulation to shopfloor and quality.

Having held various management and leadership roles, David understands that success follows when you can nurture and build highly motivated, hard-working teams with great attitude.
