This role is based at our modern facility in Silverstone, Northamptonshire, UK, but may require travel both within the UK as well as internationally.

The Role

The Stores and Warehouse Co-ordinator role is new position within our growing operation responsible for the accurate control of stock and stores across our two locations reporting to the Technical Buyer.

Key Responsibilities

·       Goods In receipt for all products

·       Stock Control and accuracy internally across the two sites

·       Kitting and picking of production/assembly orders in both units

·       Kitting and picking of Free-issue components for external supplier/partners

·       Organising and taking responsibility for logistics providers movements of free-issue parts to suppliers/partners

·       Goods receipt management of direct component delivery and sub assembly movement to external warehouses

·       ERP System management – Production orders, purchase order receipt, warehouse transfers, stock adjustments, minimum stock quantities (low-stock warning), bin locations

·       Responsible for stock control and replenishment of line fed production components and indirect production consumables

·       Responsible for cycle counting of stock and contributor to regular stock takes

 

Skills

·       Previous experience in a stock control and warehousing environment

·       Competent and confident with using ERP systems

·       Ability to deal in a personable manner with suppliers and partners

·       Takes a focused and accountable attitude to stock accuracy and control

·       Process orientated

·       Great attention to detail, demonstrates high levels or organisation and cleanliness
