JRM have built a vehicle simulator suite comprised of a 6 DOF motion platform, dedicated room with audio visual systems, dedicated control room, and industry standard software. This facility is currently undergoing commissioning.
The short- to medium-term objectives are to support driver training for our RR23 track car, various corporate and Motorsport clients and link virtual to physical vehicle dynamics development.
This role is to operate the simulator for clients and support the future development of the software and facility.
This role is part of the Development team within the engineering department.
Additionally, you could support a range of internal and external projects related to system development on future transportation projects dependent on your experience.
