Fluency Marketing is a specialist full-service marketing and communications partner, focused on the Advanced Materials and Engineering markets. With a wealth of expertise and experience within the industry, we have access to a huge network of customers, partners, investors and influencers.

We also have a suite of conferences which take place annually. Due to expansion of these events, we have an opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join the team in Chesterfield.

You will be joining a vibrant team and will be able to work across the current and developing event portfolio. You will be articulate and well-spoken, and as a natural communicator you will be able to establish and build relationships. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual with strong personal qualities who is tenacious without being pushy.

Key requirements:

· Perform outbound targeted lead generation and sales, predominately by telephone

· Efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects

· Supporting marketing initiative and driving sales

· Build the company sales pipeline

· Develop and maintain lead lists

The ideal candidate will:

· Be confident and approachable with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Be motivated by targets

· Be able to handle a large volume of sales calls

· Be able to build rapport with industry professionals

· Be flexible in responding to changing business needs

· Have good organisational and time-management skills

· Be confident using Excel and Word

Desirable skills and experience:

· Experience of telephone lead generation

· B2B sales experience (1 year min. preferred)

· Have knowledge of events
