Incentivesmart are looking for an experienced e-commerce merchandiser to manage our growing online reward and perks catalogues. The catalogues feature a range of retail merchandise, electronics, fashion, physical and digital gift cards, experiences, travel and more.

At Incentivesmart you will be an important member of our highly motivated team who help ambitious businesses that care about their culture, to grow by building more rewarding relationships and trust between their leaders, employees and customers.  Our Multi-tenant SaaS system hosts B2B loyalty programmes for a diverse client base, from small local businesses to international brands such as Michelin, Kärcher, Kimberly Clark, Miele and Vodafone. We have experienced exceptional year-on-year growth over the last couple of years and we are now looking to strengthen our team.

Reporting directly to the CEO/Managing Director, you will work alongside Customer Success, Creative and Engineering teams to deliver a leading e-commerce experience.  



  • Manage an operations/merchandising assistant and have an appetite to grow the team
  • Champion and own the online rewards and perks catalogue
  • Keep the catalogue up to date, inspiring and relevant at all times
  • Research new suppliers, products and services to meet company’s goals
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and service levels
  • Liaise with couriers and suppliers to ensure that deliveries are on time
  • Compile accurate supplier orders
  • Maintain customer delivery SLAs
  • Ensure ongoing communication of changes to reward catalogue
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Accurately add and maintain products and pricing to the catalogue
  • Create reports and take part in weekly meetings to report on key KPIs
  • Monitor and respond to user order queries by live chat, telephone and email
  • Work with suppliers and team mates to create compelling product promotions
  • Work with finance team to assess costs, service levels and margins.


  • Excellent organisational, numerical and analytical skills
  • Good people management and delegation skills
  • Previous e-commerce merchandising experience would be advantageous
  • Strong commercial awareness with an interest in the latest retail trends
  • Passionate about developing a career in an exciting growth business
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Be a team player, understanding priorities and workload of other departments
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and customer service skills
  • PC/Mac literate with good knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding and appreciation of new technology
