• Steve Barwick is Head of Engineering at JRM Group and has more than 25 years of international experience across a range of sectors including automotive, off-highway, defence and renewable energy. Steve began his career in vehicle systems development at Ford New Holland, moving on to hold senior positions at Spax Performance, Rover Group, Bentley Motors and Prodrive Advanced Technology. Collaborating with clients and tier one suppliers in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, Steve has led multiple high value projects and has developed key engineering methodologies required for delivering innovative mobility solutions.
